An Atlanta native and the daughter of an educator, Hannah has worked with almost every age in elementary and preschool education. Her previous teaching experiences include Wilmington Friends School in Delaware, The Paideia School (where she is an alumna) and a Washington, D.C. public charter school. She has also worked as a camp counselor since the age of 14. Hannah loves teaching elementary grades because it gives her the opportunity to intentionally teach a combination of academics and social and emotional learning. Her pedagogy involves spending time observing her students engage with each and teaching from those moments. Her favorite part of the day is when she reads aloud to her class.
