Welcome! We are so pleased you are seeking out information about the admissions process at The Friends School of Atlanta.
Our admissions policies reflect the Quaker values of simplicity, truth and equality as we strive to create a diverse learning community. We seek students with academic promise who will benefit from our learning experience and contribute distinctly to the vitality of the school. We are also committed to creating a community that is balanced in gender, ethnicity, race, religion, family structure and economic status.
Our program has three divisions: Lower Elementary School, Upper Elementary School and Middle School. We offer regularly scheduled Parent Informational Tours that focus either on elementary or middle school. Take a look at our Admissions Calendar for a date that works for you and make a reservation by creating an account on Ravenna, a common application platform that FSA has joined just this year, and selecting The Friends School of Atlanta from the Ravenna list. (If you are interested in a mid-year transfer for the 2018-2019 school year, please visit our Mid-Year Transfer page for specific instructions.)
We encourage you to continue to explore our website and to come see this wonderful school in action. We also welcome any questions you may have. Please write or call Alvanita Hope-Negrón, Director of Admissions.
