BIS Educational Psychology and Counseling – Georgia State University

Before becoming one of FSA’s four founding teachers, Pam taught 4- and 5-year-olds at the Phoenix School in Decatur and the Clifton Child Care Center near Emory University. After more than 30 years at FSA, Pam continues to delight in working with young students who are beginning their school careers. She enjoys observing and facilitating their love of learning in all areas of the curriculum, especially language arts and science. Though not a Quaker, Pam came to FSA after reading on Quaker principles, beliefs and practices, which are at the core of the person she strives to be. Pam credits much of the success of her two daughters, who are both FSA alumni, to the education they received at the school.
